Costume-Con 29 Hat Contest
Costume-Cons have the freedom to add special contests to the traditional events. This year
it was decided that a hat competition would be added, with the theme of "A Day at the Races"
in the tradition on Ascot (Great Britain) and the Kentucky Derby (USA).
There were no restrictions on creativity and and as you will see below, people rose to
the challenge.
